Transport Management CPC 

The Transport Manager CPC is a qualification required for individuals who wish to manage a transport operation in the UK (and other European countries) for a fleet of vehicles (more than 2 and less than 50). This certification demonstrates that a person has the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively oversee transport activities, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry standards. 

The TM CPC is designed to ensure that transport managers have a thorough understanding of the legal requirements, best practices, and operational procedures necessary for running a transport business.

In the UK, having a qualified transport manager is a requirement for obtaining an operator's license. Businesses that operate commercial vehicles must have at least one TM CPC holder to maintain compliance with regulations set by the Traffic Commissioner.

To obtain the TM CPC, candidates must undergo training and pass a series of exams. The training covers various topics, including road transport regulations, health and safety, finance, logistics, and customer service.

After obtaining the TM CPC, transport managers are encouraged to engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on changes in regulations and industry practices.
